We deliver our farm-fresh eggs directly from our family-owned farm in Victoria to homes and cafés across the state. Every egg is carefully collected, hand-packed, and delivered with care to ensure peak freshness and quality from our paddock to your doorstep.

Order Processing and Delivery Details

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment. Deliveries are made on the scheduled day for your suburb. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, especially during warmer weather, as eggs are perishable and should be refrigerated upon arrival.

All orders are packed with care using eco-friendly materials to protect your eggs during transport.

Shipping Fees and Promotional Offers

  • Orders under $50: Standard delivery fee applies

  • Orders over $50: Use code HALFSHIP for $5 delivery

  • Orders over $100: Use code FREESHIP for free delivery

Shipping promotions must be applied at checkout to be valid.

Returns and Refunds

As our eggs are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once your order has been delivered. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and a clear photo if applicable. We will assess the situation and offer either a replacement or refund as appropriate.
